Foliage

For Chris Erasmus, foraged edible plants and mushrooms are an essential part of beautifying plates, flavouring stocks and reducing food costs on a small, seasonal menu rich in free-range meat and game. The setting, much like the menu, falls somewhere between upmarket bistro and contemporary farmhouse.

Our dishes were a work of art, every one of them. Hand-foraged edible flowers as decoration, unusual presentations of everyday foods, and excellent preparation of every thing we ate made for an incredible dinner. – TripAdvisor Review
